Coco is a short drive (or taxi ride) to the town of Coco where you will find bars, restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops, and lots of nightlife. We are the only development (Los Almendros) right on Ocotal beach which makes Ocotal a quieter beach than most. It is well known for the great snorkelling from shore along the rocks on the right side especially. You’ll feel safe at our gated complex with 24 hour security. Enjoy this condo as your home base for all your Costa Rican adventures or just enjoy the beach and the three pools in the complex. After a long day you don’t even have to prepare dinner. You can visit the famous beach restaurant Father Roosters which is only 100 yards down the beach from the entrance of Los Almendros.
