We absolutely loved our stay at Almendros. This property has a beautiful view of Playa Ocotal and overlooks the infinity pool. You can sometimes see howler monkeys in the trees and, of course, lots of birds and iguanas. We loved the easy access to the beach and Father Rooster’s. We also spent a lot of time in the big pool and the small pool below the unit. Mark is a great host - above and beyond! He sent a list of recommendations and tips that really helped shape our trip. We had a construction issue with this unit and Mark took care of it immediately. We loved staying at Almendros and hope to return soon!

Great view, walk across the street to the beach or Father Roosters Restaurant. Close to the town of coco. Great hosts answered any questions i had.

Just a 2 night stay on our way to another location. Great view and location right by Ocotal Beach. Property is not luxury but for what it is, it was very nice, clean and comfortable.You have to bring all food items in. We had an issue with the safe not working and Mark was very responsive and acted quickly to provide a satisfactory solution.
