This condo is located in a boutique building of 21 units in the heart of Medano Beach. This condo is situated on the right side of the 2nd floor and is approximately 1,500 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space. There are 2 bedrooms each with a king bed, smart tv, luggage racks and individual thermostat. Enjoy partial ocean views from the balcony.

The first floor common area has a BBQ, outdoor shower, heated pool and jacuzzi, tables with chairs and chaise lounges.

Access to the condo is from a private elevator with a key that your host will provide to you along with a front door key and main lobby door key code.

(2) If you spend US $30 with the spa next-door on the first floor of the hotel, you get access to their beach cabanas for the full day and all the pools. The $30 does not apply to food and beverage though. 2 great options if you want the resort feel.
