The location was great. The views were awesome. Had everything we needed. The bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly - found a fake nail and hair. One bathroom toilet didn't work. The dishes were not clean, but it was okay as there was a dishwasher that we used prior to using the dishes. The owner was very responsive. The only thing was that the place had way too many printed pages posted on the walls that expected guests to do several chores. You do pay a cleaning fee. The beds were not made and we had to put sheets on by ourselves. My sister's dog did damage the door frame, but the repair was paid for without any issues. We did pay a pet deposit prior to this as well, so the owner knew we were bringing a small dog.

The owner was a text away when we had questions. The apartment is beautiful.

Very clean, amazing views, and right on the beach! Very convenient to shopping, food and the convention center. Paul and Jessica responded promptly and we're a pleasure to book with. Already looking at dates for next year. HIGHLY recommend!!!
