The house was great. There were beach chairs and a golf cart to ride to the beach. The kitchen had plenty of cookware for a crowd.

Reviewer Comments:
The house and community are a wonderful experience. This was our first time at Martinique and we were impressed with the amenities, community socialization, professional management and crew. Everyone was friendly and excited to have us included into their community. The house was roomy, comfortable and centrally located (near the indoor pool) with golf cart. Beautiful Lanai where you can hear the gulf waves. Very impressed with the maintenance crew and beautification of the property as a whole.

The house was disappointingly dirty. The floors were black from not being cleaned. Master toilet didn’t flush well and had a ring around it. Upstairs carpet is completely stained. The walls have dings, dents, and dirt on them. We ran out of propane while grilling out on July 4th. There wasn’t any in the area we could find to purchase. The house met our vacation needs. Also true, we paid so much for it that it should have been in much better condition.
