This home features a modern floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths as well as a bunk room. There is an open concept kitchen, dining and living room area. The master is downstairs and features a king bed, a luxury master bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk room with 4 more twin beds. There are high ceilings and high-quality finishes and furnishings throughout the entire property. Set up shop on the huge front porch and relax with your friends or family.
As part of the Prominence neighborhood, guests can take advantage of the luxurious community pool, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. The home is also just a short distance from The Big Chill, a vibrant community space featuring great dining options, entertainment, and shops — making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (10):

The Big Chill (formerly The Hub) is a festive gathering place for friends and families to eat, drink, shop, and play. There are multiple restaurants plus Mr. Freeze ice cream, and plenty of fine retail shopping. The restaurants are situated around a lawn and patio area with comfortable seating, big stone wood grill, fireplace, event stage, and huge screen. There is music, drinks, entertainment, games and an arcade. There is easy access to the 30A hotspot "The Big Chill", a Pool House with heated pools .
Golf Carts: IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW:
-To operate the golf cart, guests must have a valid drivers license and be at least 21 years old.
-Please be aware of the golf cart rules and regulations
-A copy of the golf carts terms and conditions will be emailed upon reservation and will require signatures
**Golf cart is not guaranteed. Should the golf cart need to be serviced a backup golf cart will not be provided and no compensation will be given.**
PLEASE NOTE - ** FL law states that any underage and/or unlicensed driver of a street legal golf cart is considered a criminal offense and a $500 fine including a possible 60 days in jail. It’s a very serious offense for underage/unlicensed driving of a LSV in the State of FL.**
*If Prominence security stops any underage drivers they will impose a $500 fine to the house. Guest will be responsible for the payment of the ticket imposed.*

The home is lovely with plenty of space. The space was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for our family being so close to the Big Chill. The downside was the golf cart available for renters was unusable. At full charges it barely went over 5mph which was a hazard to even attempt to drive. We then attempted to rent another golf cart and were told Prominence only allows rentals from one specific golf cart rental company and they were sold out. It was disappointing not to have use of a golf cart for the week. When we asked the rental group about alternatives and if we were able to rent from another company we never received a response so we gave up on it. It was pretty disappointing to not have use of a golf cart that was part of the rental package and price for staying in the home. Other than that the home was very nice. We enjoyed the screened porch.

We had 10 people staying in this house for five days. It accommodated all of us and all ages beautifully. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it for others. We loved being able to grab a bite to eat or just chill at the big chill whenever we felt like it. It was easy to get to the beach and go shopping with the golf cart.We would most definitely stay here again! Loved our vacation at 30A!!

This house was perfect for 6 adults. We loved cooking some meals with a pretty well equipped kitchen and gas grill. The master bed was clean and comfortable, I heard no complaints about the other beds. We enjoyed the golf-cart and the bikes. Since there were only 4 adult bikes, my husband and I rented 2 additional from the shop at The Big Chill. It was super convenient to pick up and return. Speaking of The Big Chill, we appreciated the easy walk from the house over to get coffee or ice cream and enjoyed a few evenings of music and fun there. The smaller pool on the south side of Prominence (same side as house) was never busy and so convenient. I loved the quiet simplicity of the neighborhood. A few hiccups early on were quickly addressed by the management company. Our first evening we took the golf-cart out but couldn't get the garage door open upon returning, Additionally, we didn't have hot-water the first evening. We found out later the GFCI on a garage outlet had tripped. Apparently, that affected the hot water supply and garage door opener. Management came Sunday morning and got us squared away. If you rent this property, add trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap to your grocery haul. Management stated they provided a small amount to start. I underestimated what we would need and had to end up going back to store a few times. Two Wal-Mart trips & 4 Publix trips total for the week. Publix @ 11291 US Hwy 98 was most convenient.

We love prominence! We have stayed there before. It’s great for teenagers and little kids. Food, shops, beach and pool access is easy with cart and bikes rides down to Alys and Seagrove are fun. However, with this booking we got a text following our codes text for the home saying the stove was out and would not be working the duration of our beach trip. We had already purchased our food and planned our meals for the week. I was very disappointed with how we were informed since i was told it broke with previous guest. I haven’t received any type of discount but was told I would. They did bring portable coiled stoves but no tech ever came. You would think Managing companies during peak season would be able to get major appliances repaired in a timely manor. Over all the house was great and clean. Location is perfect for families. Brightside…we found the old Fish House restaurant due to needing to eat out more. And now we have a fun place to dine when we go back. Piano bar was packed, great food, service was friendly and they had zero wait without reservations. ***alert***We have Verizon and the phone service was terrible everywhere we went.
