LOCATION:
The house is located on Lake Norman in Sherrills Ford, NC, and is a short drive 5–8 minute drive to The Village Shoppes that has restaurants, gas station and a Publix grocery store. It's also 15 miles to Mooresville, NC that offers fun things your family will want to see while visiting Lake Norman, including fantastic restaurant options and shopping. This home is approximately 34 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT).
WHAT IS PROVIDED: For your convenience and comfort, we are happy to provide the following during your stay.
-Wireless Internet
-Keurig Coffee Pot (drip) and can use K-Cup pods
-Smart TV’s for seamless access to your personal Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts.
-Small Kitchen Appliances (including microwave, coffee maker, & toaster)
-Dishes, Pots/Pans, Cooking Utensils, Flatware, Kitchen Towels
-Bed Linens for all beds and pillows
-Bath Towels
-1 Roll of Toilet Paper for each Bathroom
-1 Roll of Paper Towels in the Kitchen
-Hand Soap
**Guests will need to bring beach towels, sunscreen, coffee, coffee filters, coffee pods when applicable, paper towels, toilet paper, personal hygiene products, garbage bags, and dishwashing detergent/pods.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT & GUEST POLICY:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM on the first day of your reserved dates.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the final day of your reserved dates.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book our vacation rentals, no exception.
No Smoking and Pets are conditional (must be approved prior to booking)
CLEANING:
The house will be professionally cleaned prior to your stay. Guests will be responsible for cleaning and trash disposal during their stay. Please note that your rental agreement will include a cleaning fee for the cleaning following your check-out.

The house was very clean. The bedrooms were good size, the living room/dining area was spacious. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy.We wish the water pressure in the showers was better. The hot water could be improved. But other than that, everything was perfect!

It was great. Would like to have had a boat there. Mosquitoes were awful. Would be back if those changes are made. Had a great time and real nice neighborhood

We were very comfortable in this home. My only real suggestion is a much needed deck touch up, lots of exposed nail heads. Perhaps a ladder on the front of the deck.
