This 4th floor condo is beautifully decorated and has all the conveniences of home in order to make your stay truly comfortable.

There is also a state-of-the-art fitness facility overlooking the pool and Lazy River. There is a poolside bar and grill with tables by the pool and a reasonably-priced menu. High-speed Internet access is available in many common areas around the resort, including a Wi-Fi lounge area with comfortable seating. There is an Alvin's Island beach apparel, accessories and surf shop. Overall a wonderful experience. There were very minor things I could complain about but nothing of the host of the condos fault. I wish the resort had more staff onsite to answer questions or fix problems. The condo had everything we needed and even accommodated a few extra towels and Linens for our stay. It was a beautiful view and exactly what we needed for a vacation. The kids loved the splash pad and hot tub and I loved the grill/bar that was conveniently poolside.

Amazing! Perfect vacation place. Communication was perfect. We were able to get into the room early which was GREATLY appreciated. The condo had everything we needed plus more. Amazing balcony view. The resort was amazing as well. Plenty of fun for kids and adults alike.

We had a great time at this property. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The location and price were great, and we would stay here again if and when we plan to visit the area again!

Place needs some updates, paint peeling from master bath ceiling over tub, sprayer on kitchen faucet was broken, dishwasher door contacts oven door handle when opening, oven was not clean,oven door was cracked by handle, balcony platform and railing was dirty, high top table on balcony had been painted and peeling, couch in family area was stained, no hook on bathroom doors , table in family area is scratched up.
