The Accommodation
The vacation rental is located in the attic of a newly built solid-wood house. Here you’ll find high-quality amenities and a fresh, modern design.
The location is perfect for relaxing days at Lake Chiemsee and excursions into the Bavarian mountains on foot or by bike. At the same time, you’re right in the heart of town, where everything is within easy reach.
An absolute highlight of this apartment is the exposed roof trusses, the generous ceiling height, and the two balconies. On one balcony, you can enjoy a Weber electric grill as well as the breathtaking view of the mountains. The larger balcony, with its cozy lounge area, invites you to watch the sunset.
A parking space is available right in front of the building, and a wheelchair-accessible entrance and elevator take you comfortably up to the apartment on the 2nd floor.
Start your day with a delicious cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the mountains and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment has to offer.
To ensure you get a first-class night’s sleep, the bedroom features cozy box-spring double beds with hotel-quality bedding. In addition, a high-quality sofa bed with an extra sleeping function was selected.
