The apartment is located in a solid wood house newly built in 2024. Here you can expect brand new, high-quality furnishings and a fresh, modern design.
The location is perfect for relaxing days at Lake Chiemsee and excursions into the Bavarian mountains on foot or by bike. At the same time, you are in the middle of the village, where you can easily reach everything.
There is a parking space directly in front of the house, and a barrier-free entrance and elevator lead you comfortably to the apartment on the 1st floor.
You can start your day with a delicious coffee on the spacious balcony and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this apartment.
To ensure that your sleep is first-class, cozy box-spring double beds with hotel-level bedding await you in the bedroom. Furthermore, a high-quality version with extra sleeping function was chosen for the sofa bed.
In addition, the apartment has a dining area for 6 people.
