The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, there's two queen beds in the second bedroom, as well as a pull-out sofa in the living room, makes Nautilus 1303 comfortably sleeps 6! Watch the pelicans dive and dolphins play in the morning as you enjoy your first cup of coffee on the spacious beachfront balcony. Nautilus 1303 is a great base for your adventures whether you want to try it all or doing nothing at all!

The balcony was perfect for sunset watching. The primary bedroom was so quiet and comfortable that we slept amazing! It was a wonderful vacation!

Room was nice but most of the dishes were left in the dishwasher when we arrived and a dirty hand towel was hanging on the shower head.

Room was clean. The balcony view was great and what we wanted. As you can see in pictures living room furniture needs replaced. They were not clean and sit way too low for older adults. The pool area was not keep as clean as we are used to. Nice beach area but we happened to be there during a windy week and sea grass was rolling in on beach but still enjoyed the beach a few days.
