You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jons Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.
Unit 509 has a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and an air mattress for the living room. In addition, everything you need is provided such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more

Overall the unit was great for our family of 4. The views were incredible and great location for a variety of activities and restaurants. My only suggestion would be an upgrade to 2nd bedroom mattresses.

We stay at the Chateau often when we come to Cocoa and really love it there. I wasn't overly impressed with this unit for the price we paid and it being a "penthouse". The unit was dated. There was also ants all over the bedrooms and bathroom. The location is great though.
