This unit has great ocean views and has three pools which are maintained cleaned and the chair lounges are cleaned everyday by the resort staff. The unit can use an update so it can be rented more often

The pictures shown for Pelican Beach condo 410 were not as shown!! I was very disappointed at the main bedroom/ bathroom. The walls were nicked, the woodwork in the bathroom was all scratched, the vanity was old with no room for toiletries. Could have REALLY used a nice shelf over the toilet instead of a huge picture. No bedspread/ quilt on any of the beds as shown in the pictures. The sofa was old and stained, didn’t even want to sit on it and didn’t! There was only one other chair other than the dining chairs. The pictures NEED to be updated so renters can see the real details. I feel the owners need to do some repairs.
