The balcony furniture and view of Gulf was our favorite part of this unit. It was nice that the unit had plenty of bath towels and wash clothes. They also give a few dishwasher packs and laundry packs. The unit has old furniture and seems to have stains on ceiling that were painted over from water damage. There were minimal bedding covers and no extra blankets. Overall unit could use a refresh. The grounds were nice and pools were nice also. We enjoyed pickleball court and gym.

Nice ocean & pool view from balcony Bright & cheery decor Good & reasonably priced food at on-site cafePool closes too earlyElevator wait times can be long. Stairs (30) to third floor are do-able.

It was great, the floors. Were filthy though.

Great location and view of the pool and beach! The only thing that would’ve been better is early check in or late check out options due to arrival times. We had to go buy beach chairs because they weren’t supplied but it was cheaper than renting chairs from the beach property.
