The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. Free high-speed WiFi included. This is a single-level duplex unit with a shared wall but no shared amenities. Access to the home from Midnight Pass Rd. The minimum age to rent this property is 26. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.

The cottage was in a perfect location, and the perfect size for our family. It was very clean and decorated so cute. This property had all the kitchen needs, full sized washer and dryer, as well as the best added details, such as bikes to ride, beach chairs, big basket of beach towels, wagon, corn hole.. I am sure I am leaving something out. The pool area was perfect, and the back yard was setup cute with a table and grill. It was a great week for our family! We will be back. We did rent a golf cart for the week, which really was a cool thing for that area.

The management company is wonderful. The unit is exactly as described. Very clean, no odors, comfy beds, great pool and beach access. Reasonably well appointed - plenty of towels & beach towels (could use more silverware). Very appreciated: some toiletries, cleaning products, TP & snacks awaited our arrival.Downsides: situated on a busy & noisy street. AC controls not available in our unit (positioned in the other half of the duplex, perhaps?)We had a great time!
