Some walls, flooring, or outdoor areas may be shared with the lower unit. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. The home includes stairs—please contact us if accessibility is a concern. The minimum age to rent this property is 26. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.

Everything was excellent. Close to the beach and to local eateries. Definitely recommend staying there. My family and I will be back.

What an amazing spot. Seconds from the beach, roomy and spotless, handy elevator, private pool(!) We really loved our stay. It was cold when we were there and we couldn't seem to raise the pool temp on our own so I called the leasing org and they sent someone right away (with great communication). We would definitely stay in one of their lovely condos again.

Condo had everything we needed. It was spotless and very comfortable. The pool and the proximity to the beach path was great. We can’t wait to come back.

Check in was difficult as the cleaner had her car parked in our parking until 4:30 while she was cleaning another unit. Codes wouldn’t work so had to wait for new codes to be assigned. While that was a little frustrating the response from the team was amazing! They were quick to help and resolve our issues. The dishwasher was full of mold so we did not use it. We did run a cycle to try and clean it but that did not clean out the mold. The stove has a broken digital screen so that was hard to navigate while pre-heating and setting temperatures. The shower in the Jack and Jill bathroom leaks terrible when you shower. So had to place a towel to prevent it from running through the bathroom. The parking was very tight but manageable. The elevator gave us a fit but was an easy fix due to batteries were going dead in the keypad. Once those were changed by maintenance, it worked perfectly and was a lifesaver! The house was clean, beautiful and exactly how described. It was a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay again. Location was perfect and such a short little walk to the beach.
