This is a great place to stay . Actually out of all the rentals I’ve done it’s my favorite in Savannah . Absolutely love the courtyard with the Koi pond. So nice and relaxing. Also one of the biggest pluses is the parking. You have your own reserved spot right behind the unit.. Unheard of in the historic district of Savannah. There are other nice places to stay. But you have to park on the street, which isn’t horrible, but read the street sweeping sign wrong and you won’t do that again . $40 fine when you get up in the AM. This is also a historic property. Can’t say enough nice things about it.

We had a great stay. The house and location was exactly as depicted. Cute, historic home. The bedrooms, including the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect! Walking distance to river street, city market and lots of great restaurants and bars. The courtyard in back was so nice for morning coffee, etc. check in/out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is excellent. Home was what you expect for a historic home. Our biggest issues where the hand rails on stairs and upstairs are very loose. Not a great thing with the pitch of the stairs. We had kids and this was a major problem for us. Hot showers were short lived with about 10min then cold. Site needs some up keep but all and all great place and Location.
