Our 1881 farmhouse is ready to welcome you!
We look forward to sharing our home and farm with your family and friends. This serene property sits above the Ohio River and is located centrally between Louisville, Lexington, Indianapolis and Cincinnati. Some activities in the area are the following:

* Horse racing
* Pro sporting events
* Ark Encounter
* Creation Museum
* Smuggler's Cove Marina (boat rentals)
* Belterra Casino & Tom Fazio Golf Course
* Randy's Range (shooting range)
The home is furnished with family antiques, fun finds and includes 4 bedrooms (2 king beds), 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. Guests will feel right at home as each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, shampoo and soap.
Enjoy peaceful surroundings on our stone patio as you watch cattle graze or play corn hole, badminton and croquet on the spacious lawn. Amenities include WiFi and TV's with streaming channels such as Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Netflix, Max, Paramount+, and YouTubeTV.
There are several dining options in downtown Warsaw, KY and Vevay, IN. However, if you prefer to dine at home, there is a fully equipped kitchen that includes KitchenAid double ovens, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.

This house is an amazing historical home that has been modernized beautifully. It is a very quiet getaway in the country. The host was amazing and very accommodating. Recommend to travelers who enjoy historical homes out in the country.

This place is wonderful. It’s a beautifully restored home that is over 100 years old that is still owned by the same family. The history is all spelled out. It is very charming and peaceful. It is situated in the middle of farmland and right now at 7:30 am I am listening to the birds and sitting by the fire pit drinking my coffee. A hidden gem! Thank you Marcia for sharing your home.

The Gridley House is gorgeous! It is exactly as pictured and a pleasure to stay in. Everything was wonderful! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen has everything needed for cooking, and the outdoor patio and balcony are perfect for morning coffee and tea. The atmosphere is comforting and the surroundings are picturesque. You will not find another house or property in the area quite like this one. This estate has it all! History, beauty, spacious...truly one of a kind!Marcia is very friendly and helpful. If there is an issue she will take care of it as soon as possible. Her communication is wonderful! We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. We will be coming back soon!
