The condo was great! Everything was neat and tidy when we first checked in. Checkout process was easy. The condo itself is located at the perfect location, quick walk to downtown Gatlinburg and quick walk into the Smokies. Couldn't have asked for more from this VRBO!

Reviewer Comments:
We rented a three bedroom unit and it was perfect for our family. The condo is close to the parkway which made it very convenient to get to the things we wanted to do while in Gatlinburg. This was my first time staying at Park Place, but my wife and family have stayed there previously and now I know why they enjoy it so much. Enjoying a cup of coffee while sitting on the balcony was one of my favorite things. We even saw a bear.
