Sorry-this will be long.First , we had 32, with 1/2 being adults, the rest grandchildren. Check-in easy, everyone there within a 3 hour window. My wife and I have had 25 years combined experience with hotel management in the past, and found it mostly clean, which is our stickler. Some of the furniture could use a little cleaning and maintenance, but mostly, quite decent. Thank you!We LOVED the supplies in the property provided. Past VRBO uses, we have had to buy most everything, for our trip. Not here. Everything was provided, plus more. Tons of extra blankets and bedding. Kitchen had every utensil imaginable or needed. Everyone enjoyed the facilities, and first impression was impressive.The things that could be improved: Some maintenance work is needed, and beds are getting dated. Bring your own pillows. Wi-Fi is pretty poor in the basement. Home theater instructions could be better, missing some batteries for controllers, finally got the projector to work, using projector controls to get power on.One youth sat on a futon, found it missing a leg. Surprised him. Needs minor repairs. A/C: some concerned about turning A/C down too much so didn't change temp any-concerned it might freeze up, so were a bit too warm.Hot tub was great, plenty of tables/chairs for meals.A couple youth didn't care for top level of 3-level bunk beds.I would have given a "5" rating other than maintenance needed. We had a Great retirement party with 3 generations there! Thanks!

We had a family reunion at this location and could not hav been happier! It is close to our favorite places in Garden city and the hosts were great to work with. Highly recommended.

The house is big with so much potential. We had issues when we stayed though. The main fridge was broke when we got there, there was a dusty moldy smell downstairs which made 1/2 the family sleeping down there feel like they had allergies. The sectional couch in the basement NEEDs to go if it hasn’t yet. It was so old and not comfortable at all. And the projector wasn’t working. That was a big disappointment when you’re looking forward to a theater room.
Vacasa was super helpful and very responsive with everything. They were a great help!! The issues here would need to be addressed with the owners.
Great kitchen and enough tables, working hot tub, kids loved the blow up playhouse in the garage!
