The condo itself was very nice and clean. I only have 1 thing i was not too happy about and that was the key pick up process . We were in the area to get my dauther moved out from college. With having to fly over 5hrs , rent a SUV, pack move items , plus drive around town. The last thing you want to do is drive to one location to pick up keys and then search for your vacation rental . Other than that beautiful condo decoration.

Communication with the property owner was poor. I was within three hours of getting to the property check-in and wasn’t able to reach the owner how to get inside. Vrbo had to get involved and I was told by Vrbo they weee canceling the booking and I would get a refund and for me to find a hotel. While I was looking for a hotel Vrbo called and was able to reach the owner and I could continue the stay. This was very stressful as I was driving from the Bay Area and had to pull over to try and resolve this
