Close to Bike Trails. New Sunroom Addition! Beautiful, Peaceful mornings with the birds and bunnies! NO SMOKING cottage, with 2 spacious bedroom house with a large fenced and private backyard. Newly added Central Air conditioning. 1/2 mile easy walk to the beach. Coffee shop, local restaurants, and ice cream, all within an easy walk. Outdoor shower, patio, and driveway. Comfy, cozy and well located. Freshly updated bathroom and kitchen. This is a family friendly neighborhood without heavy traffic. 10 minutes from the Dennis exit 78A, near the Stop and Shop plaza. Bike trails and kayaking with an easy drive. Plenty of privacy and elbow room. All varieties of beaches available. National Seashore is a short drive. Fully fenced in yard. This is a non-smoking cottage. No more than 2 dogs. I DO NOT RENT THROUGH CRAIGS LIST. THAT IS A SCAM. If you rent through Craig's list, you will have been scammed. My neighbor at 22 Smalls Ave also rents. Plan a family or friend week.

We had a wonderful week at this property! Plenty of room for 2 couples and 2 dogs. LOVE the room at the back of the house with lots of windows and skylights. Very bright and cheerful. The easy walk to the beach is about 1/2 mile. Chris, the host, was very communicative and told us when the property was cleaned so we could get in right away. Especially thankful for that because our arrival day was really hot! Walking distance to several restaurants and the new outdoor bar, The Backyard by Foleys. Would highly recommend!

We’ve been coming to Dennis Port for 25 years, and the last 7yrs using rentals now that my family has outgrown our families place. This might be our new favorite place to stay! House is well appointed, great sun room, fenced in yard for the dogs (rarity!), and the central air kept us cool during the limited time spent indoors and asleep. Location is an easy bike ride or walk to Chase Rd and the beaches, or other local establishments. Chris has great communication and has labeled all household items nicely for ease. Highly recommend Chris and his home!
