The Summit Retreat is great place to relax but yet is close to the action. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with an air mattress for guests 8&9. A 5 min walk to restaurants, grocery, and shopping at the Summit Center. The Bluegrass Airport and Keeneland 12-15 minutes away. This home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood and features a private 2nd floor porch off the master suite to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. You can unwind on the back patio while sitting on the porch swing or grilling on the gas grill. LFUCG Permit #15079679-1

As advertised. Clean and close to our event for the weekend. Scott was a great host making sure all essentials were provided. Would stay again if visiting the area.

Great location, walkable to the Summit and 15 mins from the airport, and flexible floor plan made for a great house to host out of town guests in. Easy access to ManOWar Blvd and Nicholasville Rd made both downtown trips and bourbon tours in Versailles/ Frankfort a breeze. We would highly recommend. Nice back deck and the neighborhood also has plenty of side walks to get your walks or runs in and access to a a few parks is close by.

Very convenient location and clean property with ample space. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to town.

The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. The extra touches (snacks, wine and even shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap in bathrooms) were appreciated. We really enjoyed the comfortable couches and ping pong table!
