We truly enjoyed our stay. It was the relaxing “reset” from everyday life we hoped for. Deborah is a great host and stayed in contact our entire visit, making sure we had everything we needed. The condo is in a great spot for a nice float, yet close enough to go relax in the room and reset. We walked the 30-40 yard walk to the Lincoln St bridge and floated to the last exit (takes about and hour and 40 min) then it’s just a block or so walk back to the room. The condo was really clean and had everything we needed to stay all week. If you want to skip the river and relax in the pool, it is right next to the room. The property was clean and quiet as well, no complaints at all. We will definitely keep this one on the books for future stays ! Thanks for everything Deborah.

My husband and I had a wonderful time and were so comfy here. From the couch at night watching Netflix to the amazing King size bed, we were well rested each day. Although we never cooked, it was apparent that everything you could need was there. We had brought our float tubes, but failed to bring a pump. We were heading to Walmart for one, but after talking to the owner, she HAD ONE THERE that we were able to use. Our host was just incredibly and everything we ask was answered quickly. Definitely will stay here again!!!

This was the perfect place to stay. It was right next to one of the schlitterbahn parks if you want to go there. It was only a 15-20 minute walk to the tube chute on the Comal river. The river float was about 1.5-2 hours, and the private river exit for these condos was practically at the very end of the river float anyways. We were able to float the river many times and didn’t need a shuttle service or tube rental. It was close to downtown and cute shops but also close enough to big stores like HEB and Walmart. It was clean, nice, and right on the water. The host was excellent with communication when needed. The pool and hot tub were clean and kept up with. There were plenty of great options nearby for eating out if desired, but this place also had a sufficient kitchen set-up for cooking. This is somewhere I would love to return to in the future. Perfect place to stay and get away.
