This exclusive apartment is located on the southeast-facing third floor of the Meerblickvilla apartment complex. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 meters away is the beautiful, fine-sand Südstrand with its beach promenade, pier, and 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, children’s playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, sights, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme spa, and a variety of events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are particularly popular, as are trips to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.
