Private room with a full private bathroom in a large private house. There is queen bed, comfortable couch, dinning table, computer desk, fridge, microwave, kettle and ext , in the room. We provide towels and basic toiletries.
Our house is in good location. There is shopping plaza down the street about a minute walking distance from our place, there is about a dozen of restaurants, coffee shops, Save On Food grocery/supermarket, a gym and other services.
There is a bus stop in front of our house. You can get by bus Richmond Center. It takes less than 10 minutes where are a lot of stores, Sky train station where you can go anywhere in Greater Vancouver.
It take about 30 minutes to get to the Airport by public transportation or approximately 10-15 minutes by car.
We have small lot in front of our house. Parking is just on the street. It is free.

Tatiana greeted at the front door and showed us to our room and gave use the keys for the night. She coordinated our meeting time and agreed to meet prior to 4 pm check-in time. Nice comfortable room in safe neighborhood with restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Nice overnight stay with easy access to Vancouver airport.

Yes, there are a street mall nearby. The room looked clean but with some smell. The owner was cold.
