The condo itself was good. It was plenty spacious for my husband and I and could definitely accommodate probably 2 others if they are willing to sleep on twin in wall bunks/pull out couch. The space itself was pretty clean, the only thing we noticed were the showers and toilets could have been better cleaned but otherwise it felt like a well cleaned space considering all the water damage. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and cookware item you may need which is usually not the case, so that was a bonus! They also provided beach chairs and umbrella, which is great for anyone traveling. As for the Pelican Beach resort itself, there were many challenges we faced to enjoy our “beach getaway”. First & foremost be prepared to hear your surrounding neighbors as the walls are paper thin… The ones above us were anything but light on their feet. Second unless you pay for there chairs & umbrellas provided by a 3rd party company, you will not be even remotely close to the water or it be visible from behind those rentals as you are not allowed to set up your own chairs/umbrella in that space. Although if you do pay for them you will be elbow to elbow with your neighbor. Also canopys of any kind are prohibited. Another issue we faced was upon arrival we had to wait in a line of cars to unload vehicles and check in because the parking lot is a far distance from the front of the resort.

Loved the stay! The resort has food and drinks on property which is great. The condo was well supplied for meals and was super clean. Will be back for sure!
