Originally designed to store horse-drawn carriages, these historic structures have been beautifully repurposed for modern living. Our carriage house, built in 2024, offers all the modern comforts while retaining the historical charm and character of traditional carriage houses.

I came to town for a volleyball tournament. This was the perfect location and had everything I needed to have a great week. The space was clean and a welcome oasis after spending the day inside the convention center. The host were east to contact and the space itself felt like home.

Everything about the property was fantastic. Everything was nice and clean. Host also allowed us to bring our dog and The dog toys that were provided there at the house for our dog to play with was very nice. The only complaint is the house was kind of hot when we first checked in. But after the AC kicked on for a few hours, it got better. The bedroom does not have a whole lot of airflow so it stayed kind of warm in there but thank you for providing the fan. That came in good use. everything else was just great!

Was a lovely place to stay.Alittle disappointed in the garden or out door space. We like to sit outside in the evening and there was nothing out there! No chairs, no table, nothing!!

This was the perfect size for a single traveler on a quick trip to Indy. Well appointed with amenities and a comfy bed!
