Large, open space with lots of light. Fully stocked kitchen and great deck. Short walk to the beach. The internet was glitchy when we arrived. The hosts were very responsive and had the cable company out to investigate quickly. We enjoyed our relaxing stay and would rent again!

This was our second stay here, first in 2024 and again this week. Very comfortable, clean, well appointed accomodations, across the street from the beach, although must traverse many steps and/or steep incline of dunes to access beach. The property is centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, close to restaurants and amenities. The hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. Would recommend.

Overall the interior was nice. However we arrived to find little to no hot water. Three of the 4 TVs did not work. This was reported to the owner who tried to fix the issues. The hot water was fixed but with three or four visits by the owner and cable company the issues were still not solved. So our vacation was interrupted a multitude of times and not all issues were resolved. I would appreciate a partial rebate of our rental fees.
