This house is exactly as pictured! My grandchildren loved the themed rooms and each room had toys to match the theme and/or cosplay outfits. My husband enjoyed watching sports on the home theater and the kids had a good time in the pool and the backyard is spacious with a beautiful carriage outback for any Cinderella fans. The home was clean and the host/owner was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, cups, and pots and pans. The local Walmart is only a few blocks away.the home has two washers and two dryers, which I loved because I was able to steam sanitize the costumes the girls chose to dress up in. I imagine this is done before each guest arrives but I wasn’t sure. The only suggestion I have is owner should consider putting a flat screen tv on the wall in the Star Wars master suite. I’m not a fan of having tv’s in kids bedrooms, but the master suite could use one. We would absolutely recommend this home to any family with big or little ones who enjoy fantasy. If you are a Harry Potter, Star Wars, Disney Princess or Beauty and the Beast fan, then this vacation home is a must visit!

The kids had an absolute blast in this Disney / Universal themed house - full of fun surprises. Pool in the backyard was perfect for the non-park days. The host was great and we’d definitely rent again!

The decor was awesome! Our grands loved all the dress up and stuff! The house was clean and there was so much to do even after the Disney parks. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub immensely. And the theatre room!
