Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 14.Oct.). Mooi verzorgd en goed uitgerust vakantiehuis. Enig minpuntje was dat persoon die sleuteloverdracht en uitleg deed, enkel Italiaans sprak. Wel zeer lieve dame !

Wir waren Ende November unterwegs und suchten deswegen ein Haus welches auch für die kältere Jahreszeit geeignet ist. Dafür war die Villa Poggio ideal, wir werden die gemütlichen Abende vor dem Kamin vermissen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und der Kontakt und Service der Vermieter waren spitze.
