Adam & Eve Villa is nestled close enough to all the activities, beaches, restaurants, and shopping of Grace Bay yet far away enough to enjoy the privacy and relaxation of our beautiful island. This Villa is located directly on the Water! Swim, snorkel or sail away to the beautiful turquoise waters of the TCI. The Villa is very spacious, boasting 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bath and an outdoor shower and pool restroom.

We had the trip of a lifetime! The house is stunning with the most beautiful native plantings. We enjoyed jumping and kayaking from the dock and even made it out to the mangroves. The house had everything and the team was responsive to all questions and needs. Coffee overlooking the pool in the morning while chatting with family was one of our favorite things. Playing music and enjoying the pool bar was great too. Hammocks, putting green, grilling dinner— we enjoyed it all! And, the AC throughout was spot on ! Great, safe location in short driving distance to shopping, restaurants, water sports, beaches etc— we enjoyed a family day on the beach with the provided beach chairs and umbrellas. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

House was amazing and the property landscaping was beautiful. You really felt secluded when you were outside. Owners and their team were easy to reach, assist with anything and showed us around the property when we arrived.Kitchen was well equipped as we ate breakfast, some lunches and dinners at the house. Second refrigerator by the laundry room was great to store additional drinks in as well. Grill was handy and a nice table outside to eat lunch and dinners.Pool and hot tub were great. It was nice to have the hot tub as many properties do not have one. The beach and restaurants at Grace Bay were a very short drive and parking was plentiful.Hung out on the dock a lot, my son fished and caught grouper, snapper and what looked like a puffer fish. There were two baby turtles who hung out in the inlet by the dock a lot that were fun to watch. All enjoyed the kayaks and jumping off the dock to swim.We had two excursions booked at the nearby marina that picked us up at the house and dock with Jet Skis one day and a wake surfing boat another day. Highly recommend stopping at Noah's Ark on your jet ski tour.We had a really relaxing good time at the house for spring break. Thank you!
