The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located and within walking distance of the Ocean Annies, enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.
Getting Around:
I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo.

Other Things to Note:
This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Please only smoke in these areas and these areas only.
This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- North Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning September 21, 2026, with completion expected by January 12, 2027.
-South Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning January 12, 2027, with completion expected by April 19, 2027.
During this time, one elevator will remain operational in the North Tower. From September 21, 2026, through April 9, 2027, residents and guests should expect to have access to a single elevator in the North Tower while the other is being modernized. The South Tower elevators will not be affected, and both will remain in operation.
Construction-related activity and occasional noise during normal working hours.
- All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.
Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.
NOTE:
INTERNET & CABLE UPGRADE
Spectrum will be at Sands Beach Club from October 22 through October 30 to replace the existing Spectrum equipment in each unit with the new upgraded equipment. IMPORTANT – UNIT ACCESS IS REQUIRED

The unit is shabby and in need of some reno's and updating. When we arrived the ensuite toilet was clogged, but maintenance quickly addressed that. The dishwasher leaked water/suds all over the floor, which was annoying to deal with. The worst issue was being without power for a few hours one day - only our unit was affected, and maintenance said they reset the main breaker and there were no breakers tripped in the panel, so the only thing we can assume is that the bill was overdue?!?! Big Fish Rentals finally got in touch with the condo owner and the power was back on within a few hours, but still - WTH?!?! The view was great, the furniture was mostly comfortable, and the kitchen was fairly well equipped ... the issues we experienced didn't ruin our vacation, but were a distraction. Overall, a good stay but someone needs to spend some money on this unit and get it back in shape. We would not go back to it, having stayed in far nicer condos in the Shore Drive area.
