An absolutely lovely neighbourhood, with plenty of walking and biking trails/options.
Take the Waterford River Walk trail all the way to Bowring Park.
Victoria Park is just a block away and has formally laid out paths, a playground, a baseball field, a dog park, and green space. Recently revitalized.
Tennis courts and soccer field just a short stroll up Leslie street.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely, renovated home in St. John's. It was close to downtown, had a dedicated parking spot and comfortably accommodated our group of five adults.

We stayed for a week in June 2025. This home is well appointed. Kitchen has all you’ll need. Beds are comfortable. Good quality linens. Two lovely full baths upstairs. Easy walk to downtown.
