With two bedrooms facing the spa park and a spacious living and dining area connected to a large kitchen, there’s plenty of room for four people to relax and enjoy themselves. The living room features a modern sofa set, a large dining table that seats 4, a Sony micro hi-fi system (50 W, CD player, Bluetooth), a Blu-ray DVD player, and a Samsung flat-screen TV with Netflix access (46 inches, 3D LED backlight, Full HD, 200 Hz, Wi-Fi, Smart TV). The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi.
The modern kitchen features a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment***, a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a full-function range hood, and all necessary kitchenware.

). The apartment features designer flooring and electric roller shutters. It is accessible via elevator from the underground parking garage. It is located right next to the spa park. The beach can be reached directly via a footpath through the spa park. A seasonal beach chair is included for the 2026 season (May 15–September 15). The modern Kurparkresidenz apartment complex is centrally located. An elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments, some of which offer a view of the spa park. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone.
