Cozy apartment located in the Bouganvillas complex, just 2 minutes from Cales Piques. The complex features a large swimming pool (with a designated children’s area) and a beautiful garden with sun loungers for relaxing in the sun.
The apartment has two double bedrooms and one shared bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living–dining room provides direct access to the terrace.

Appartment really well located. Near from the beach and restaurants. Swimming pool in front of the kitchen is a real advantage. But some points could be improved :
- Appartment not cleaned : sofa is brown instead of white, stained bed mattress, spider web on the ground behind doors
- Appartment not equipped as said in the description : no dishwasher
- Very unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom
- Some kitchen accessories could be added : potholder, one or two pans, a sturdier drying rack, etc.
