Visited Niantic as a family of 4 with 2 littles. Quaint, clean cottage with beach access. Hosts were communicative, check in and out was easy! Would book again.

Hosts were very kind when we needed to communicate with them. The parking pass for the private beach parking was great. It was nice to be able to make that super short drive, have no stress for parking and be right there at the private beach. There were beach towels and beach chairs at the property, so we had a nice beach day! All the streaming services on the TV were also nice. It allowed my son to watch the World Cup matches he didn’t want to miss. Porperty was very cute, bathroom was clean, and we had plenty of towels. Washer and dryer worked great.

We absolutely loved staying here! The home was clean, well stocked and the owners were easy to contact with great recommendations on what to do in the area! We will definitely stay here again!
