There is even a stand-alone icemaker for your convenience. The chef in your party will love the kitchen's gas range! There are 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2 living areas in this spacious home, so plenty of room for the whole family! There are even gas logs for the cooler months.

This property also includes a Universal level 2 charger for both Tesla (NACS) and non-tesla (J1772) charge ports.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy (14) for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
