The second floor includes a queen bedroom with a bathroom accessible from two sides, another bedroom with two twin bunk beds that also boasts sound views and deck access, and the master bathroom. The queen bedroom situated street-side provides balcony access with ocean views. With the additional sofa bed in the living area, the property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests. A roomy living room, kitchen, and dining area make this an ideal choice for your beach vacation. We really enjoyed our stay in North Topsail Beach. The weather & the beach were wonderful. The house was spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and beach access were especially nice amenities. There was one major disappointment & several minor ones. The house, particularly the first two floors, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke upon entry. We notified Seashore Realty immediately and received a polite 'sorry that happened' but no offer of remedy. Throughout the home there were stains on covers, cushions, etc. We enjoyed our first trip to North Topsail and the immediate area and hope to make it an annual family vacation destination. Thanks for the opportunity to voice our comments regarding the property.

Excellent property. Great views and lovely house!
The only thing that I would change was to add keypad access so you don’t have to go to the realty company to check-in and out

Overall good experience. Had to call maintenance 3 times for the septic. Needs to have a gas grill instead of charcoal. Refrigerator took an entire day to cool. Needs some updating.
