Welcome to the Catalina Foothills! Stay in style at this brand-new-everything, luxurious family home. Fun-for-all is situated on over an acre - plenty of room to spread out, make memories, relax, and have fun in the AZ sun!
Your group will love the private sports court, optionally heated pool, outdoor kitchen with wood-burning pizza oven, game room, and overall lavish feel of our 3500 sq. foot home!

**Pool heat is an additional $100/night. We require at least 24 hours notice in order to heat-to-temp (low 80's). **
Perfect for groups and families of all ages, fun-for-all sleeps up to 11 guests. Spend time on the grounds shooting hoops or playing a game of pickleball. Lounge by the pool, or channel your inner chef and fire up the Forno Venetzia pizza oven. Outdoor dining for 8 on the patio just outside the main kitchen.
A true chef's kitchen, there is ample room to cook for a crowd. Bistro seating for 9 in the sunny breakfast nook.
Hang in one of two living spaces. A generous "great room" with gas fireplace and large Italian leather sectional sofa where you can stream your favorite show on the 75" TV. This room is a refreshing balance of sophistication and comfort. In the center of the home is a vibrant and whimsical hang zone, perfect for game lovers of any age.
The primary suite hosts a king size bed as well as a queen sofa sleeper with an en suite bath.
The "bunk-room" hosts a queen size bed with a twin bunk over the top - perfect for kiddos.
A second king bedroom with an additional en suite ensure that everyone has plenty of space.
Smart TV's in all bedrooms, game room, and grand living room.
The couch in the game room can be converted into a queen size futon-style sleeper, and there is a pack-and-play with sheets for any infants in the group.
We feel this home is perfect for up to 6-8 adults and 3-4 kids.

Our family had a wonderful experience at your rental property. We are so grateful for the opportunity to stay, make memories and celebrate a peaceful and relaxing July 4th. We look forward to future stays. Our only recommendation would be to include the heated pool in the costs. Other than that, we loved our time there and would highly recommend this gem of a treat. Great stay, some car noise during the day but the grounds were a big hit. The kitchen is immense! Pool and spa were fun and beds were very comfortable.

Everything was exactly as pictured and was the perfect place for our family to spend time together. The backyard was fantastic, and the layout of the home offered multiple gathering spaces that worked well for everyone, regardless of age. Everything was easy and seamless—from check-in to using the pool, spa and all of the home’s amenities. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting Tucson!
