A delightful penthouse with incredible views over the city, it has a well thought-out design which makes it ideal for couples. It has one double bedroom with a double bed, a complete bathroom, a living/dining room with a bed-sofa for two people, a kitchen, and two terraces with a barbecue. It is fully equipped down to the last detail. The kitchen of this wonderful penthouse has all the accessories you might need.
You can catch 2 underground lines from right next to the apartment which, in just a few minutes, will take you to the city centre, Barcelona beach, or the Sagrada Familia Cathedral, Gaudi’s famous masterpiece which is located in the l`Eixample district of Barcelona.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.
- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.
- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.
- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.
- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.
- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.
- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.
HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time
DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.
OTHER CHARGES- Tourist tax not included in the final price

The apartment offers enough comfort for 3 people. I’d especially highlight the large terrace, which provides a stunning view of Barcelona. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we had no issues entering the apartment.
It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood, Gràcia, with many charming streets and picturesque squares. It is very close to the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site (a UNESCO World Heritage site) and only a 30-minute walk from the Sagrada Família."

Location was great right next to metro station, 2 separate balconies and the views was something else!

I liked the check in instructions and view. Listing was accurate. Views were a plus. I wish floors were all same level but no issues for us. Very quiet neighborhood close to transportation. Highly recommend.
