Upon entering the home you will notice hard wood floors and the beautiful, contemporary, open-floor design. Here you will find the living room, dining room, half-bath and the kitchen.
The kitchen boasts a Coastal Rustic, yet contemporary, feel with White Marble counter-tops, a three-person breakfast bar, and new, premium stainless steel appliances, including a large double-door refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, cook-top stove and oven. Fully-appointed for even the most discerning chef, being on vacation doesn't mean that you can't cook up wholesome family meals!
The living room holds a large flat screen cable T.V. and boasts plenty of room for entertaining the whole family on it's two comfy couches. Don't worry though, there are plenty of TV's (in every bedroom), so no fighting over remotes on this vacation!
The second-floor Master Suite features a King bed with premium mattress, contemporary coastal furniture, a large wall-mounted flat-screen T.V, and a desk area for those set on working on-the-go. It also comes complete with a Private Master Bath with stunning white Marble counter-tops and a luxurious Walk-in Shower. You'll also find plenty of room in the walk-in closet as well!
Also upstairs, you'll find an additional 2 bedrooms. The second-floor Guest Bedroom boasts a Queen bed with premium furnishings, and another large wall-mounted flat screen T.V. The Bunk Room holds two Twin-over-Twin Bunk Bed's for this Kiddo's, along with yet another flat-screen T.V. These two bedrooms share a Bathroom with a Shower/Tub Combo.
The Backyard is where your family will spend most of it's time (other than the beach of course). With modern pavers, meticulous landscaping, a privacy fence, Propane Grill (with provided fuel), and plenty of seating around the Fire Pit, it's the perfect place for cookouts, or just lounging in the sun and catching some rays!
When you've have enough of that, hop on one of the FOUR Beach Cruiser Bicycles, or the provided 6-Seater Golf Cart, to get to the restaurant, shoppes or beach in a flash! After all, you are smack-dab in the best local eateries, and shopping, that the Emerald Coast has to offer!
30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. We just got home today from a 5 night stay with 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Overall, great vacation with minor issues that can be fixed! Pros: The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. It was a safe, well maintained area and I never felt unsafe. We rode bikes and took the golf cart after dark, walked the beach with no issues. Beds were super comfy! The 4 bikes and golf cart were great and could get you where you needed to go and were easier to park than a car. The house was set up great and we loved the kitchen. We cooked almost all of our meals and had everything we needed! The gas grill and fire pit were a great bonus and we used them several nights!Cons: As a frequent traveler, I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the home for the price. We walked around barefoot when we arrived and our feet were black pretty quickly. My daughters’ white socks were stained very bad with dirt. We instantly went to wearing our sandals indoors to avoid having dirty feet. The couches were very dingy and we covered them in blankets to sit on them and would not use the pillows. The pillows were obviously dirty/stained with a musty smell. This made it difficult for us to relax at night.All rugs were supposed to be light in color but stained deeply with dirt. It appeared this house is frequently cleaned as a “once over” and not deep cleaned in quite some time. The whole house, including the porch needs a deep clean, maintenance/paint completed for this price!

We had a nice trip, and nothing was majorly wrong with the property. It was conveniently located and had a golf cart, which was awesome. The backyard outdoor area was nice. In our arrival email from Bach Walk, we were sent a list of beach access points, with Blue Lupine Beach being 0.2 miles from the house, which was a huge selling feature. We found out after we unloaded chairs, coolers, beach bags, umbrellas, etc. that the beach is private and cannot be used by Three Little Birds guests. We, including my 67-year-old mother, had to haul all of our stuff almost a mile down the beach to reach the nearest public beach. Upon speaking with someone from the private beach, they said they always have problems with Beach Walk Vacations sending their guests down there, even though it is private. We were furious. Completely false advertisement. Because of this, we will never stay with Beach Walk Vacations again. Also, they had the property listed as three bathrooms. It is only 2.5 bathrooms, so that should be stated clearly. While the majority of the home was clean and comfortable, the walls were absolutely filthy. Like stains and streaks running down the walls with lots of scuffs and scrapes. The floors were also dirty upon arrival. walking around barefoot to unload our things, and our feet were black. For what each guest pays for "cleaning fees" this is unacceptable. This rental had the bare necessities, but absolutely nothing else. No spare blankets, no beach towels, etc.
