Important Notice: Building Maintenance Project (September 21, 2026 – February 13, 2027)
***Please note that the building will be undergoing a scheduled exterior maintenance and restoration project from September 21, 2026 through February 13, 2027. Work may include the installation of scaffolding, power washing, ceiling and wall repairs, painting, and waterproofing.
Guests may occasionally experience construction-related noise during daytime working hours (M-F 8am-5pm), and scaffolding may be visible around portions of the building. Access to certain exterior areas may be temporarily affected as work progresses.
We will do our best to keep guests informed of any significant impacts during their stay. We appreciate your understanding as these improvements are completed to enhance the building's appearance and long-term condition.

We loved the location and our condo itself was beautiful inside… The only thing I would change is all the security codes you need to get into like the pool and to exit… then to access the beach , outdoor bathroom, parking across the street and our room — had different codes to some of them… Some people might like that for extra security, but to us it was kind of a pain .. we loved our stay and the host was very easy to communicate with and responded quicklyWould recommend again!

This was a wonderful place for us. Nice and clean, beachfront where we could sit on balcony look at ocean, convenient for restaurants. quiet, pool nice. We will be back.

Typical beach property great parking, easy access great location. House keeping could be better floors gritty counters and stove felt greasy, bathrooms old but clean, TV remotes not sinker to TV . Good view 2nd floor would be much better.
