Great cottage. Parking was easy and the property was clean with plenty of linens and comforters which we appreciated. Walking to nauset beach isn’t hard but biking especially is a breeze and takes 5-10 minutes. Loved the outdoor shower. For the price this cottage is definitely worth it for a small group.

Love the location! This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property, and will book again. Good price, clean, and kitchen was fully stocked. Del Mar team wonderful. Thanks for making the process so easy!

This home is .6 miles from Nauset Beach, which is great. The rental team agents were awesome. The home was very clean. Unfortunately, there isn’t a single comfortable piece of furniture in the home. In addition, the home interior is very dated, worn, and requires a dehumidifier to be run continuously. Not bad if everyday is a beach day, and you can sleep on any bed, but for those rainy days and longer staying inside was far from ideal.
