Middlehaven has room for everyone including:
✔️The Main House 5 bedrooms (sleeps 15)
✔️The Loft Apartment 1 bedroom (sleeps 6- addition cost $200/night)
✔️The Conservatory 1 bedroom (sleeps 2- additional cost $150/night)
For groups of 15 or less, The Main House offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, giving you ample space to spread out comfortably in English Cottage-style accommodations.
For groups of 16+, The Loft Apartment offers additional sleeping arrangements for up to 6 other people.
Want more privacy and romance? Add The Conservatory to your stay and get a private space with a king bed, double shower, and a soaking clawfoot tub for two. A stocked kitchenette and private deck easily make for slow mornings with coffee in hand.
The Loft and Conservatory are additional charges.

Middlehaven’s private, woodland ponds offer the chance to cool off in the summer heat. Practice your kayaking skills and splash away the afternoon in one of the two available ponds. The kids will love playing in the kid-friendly, gentle waterfall. And once they’re in bed? The grownups can take a relaxing dip in the 8-person hot tub.
A STOCKED KITCHEN- JUST LIKE YOURS
Middlehaven’s kitchens come stocked with ample essentials that make cooking up family-style meals simple. Whether it’s grilling steaks outside or pulling grandma’s famous casserole from the oven, you’ll find all you need to share memorable meals together.

A: We are minutes away from Dover, New Philadelphia, and Ohio’s largest Amish community. Nearby attractions include:

- The Pro Football Hall of Fame (25 min drive to Canton)
Q: What about COVID?
A: We are taking extra precautions to keep our properties disinfected, which includes the use of disinfectant on all door knobs, light switches, railings, faucet handles, etc... in addition to all high-use areas.
Q: Is Middlehaven pet friendly?
A: Well behaved pets are welcome with well behaved owners. Pets do need to be pre-approved and there is an additional $100/per pet fee.

Our annual family gathering at Middlehaven was nothing short of extraordinary. Bringing three families together under one roof has its challenges, but there was more than enough space to cook, dine, play board games, relax together, and still enjoy private moments when needed. We were amazed by the décor, themed rooms, and overall charm Middlehaven had to offer. Every detail had been carefully considered, from the exquisite coffee bar and well-stocked spice collection to hot tub towels and minor essentials you may have forgotten to pack. The hosts anticipated all your needs! Middlehaven certainly set a new standard for hospitality and comfort. Thank you for providing an amazing place to gather, connect, and create lasting memories

Our family vacation at Middlehaven could not have been more perfect. We didn't have to do anything except show up and enjoy this beautiful property; every possible need was anticipated and met. Rose, our host, was always accessible to answer any questions we might have. Kids and adults enjoyed the many special touches and surprises that she provided. We will certainly make plans to return!

Home was Beautiful inside and out. The grandkids loved the basement with all the activities down there. Also the ponds with kayaks beach area and all the beach toys. Communication was 10 star. Best ever. Would highly recommend. And there was a secret room the grand daughters loved

Middlehaven exceeded every expectation and provided the perfect setting for our family during our daughter’s wedding weekend at River Crest Farms. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the home’s exceptional cleanliness, thoughtful design, and attention to detail. Every space was beautifully maintained and equally welcoming for adults and children.The location could not have been better—just minutes from River Crest Farms, making wedding-day logistics simple and stress-free. The home became a gathering place, allowing us to spend meaningful time together before and after the celebration. One of our favorite memories was sharing breakfast the morning after the wedding with both families, reliving special moments and enjoying each other’s company in such a comfortable setting.Middlehaven offers something for everyone. We spent evenings around the fire pit, sitting in the hot tub, playing basketball court, and gathered in the family room filled with games and activities. Our entire family, from our adult children to our grandchildren, found ways to relax, have fun, and create lasting memories together.The peaceful atmosphere is what truly makes this property special. It feels private and serene while still being conveniently located near local attractions. Zoar Golf Club is only five minutes away, adding another great recreational option for guests.The combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding amenities makes Middlehaven an exceptional place to stay!
