O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Welcome to your home away from home — a beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa in the gated Lake Berkley Resort, only 8 miles to Disney World, 14 miles to SeaWorld, and 18 miles to Universal.
The backyard is the star: a private screened pool on a premium south-facing lot that soaks up the Florida sun all day. Swim and unwind in total privacy — then cool off in the screened lanai as the evening settles. A 24-hour manned gate keeps the resort secure and quiet, and there are no resort car fees.
Inside, the home sleeps 8 comfortably:
• King master suite with en-suite bath
• Queen master suite with en-suite bath
• Two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds
• Third full bathroom
The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar plus a separate dining area — put a meal together in the crock pot before the parks and come home to the smell of a great supper. The living room and games room give the whole family room to spread out. Six smart TVs, free WiFi, and free parking throughout.
All Lake Berkley resort amenities are included free: large community pool, splash pad for the little ones, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, beach area, and more.
The details:
• Check-in anytime after 4:00 PM — arrive at 6, 8, whenever suits you, no need to ask! Check-out by 10:00 AM
• Pool heat available on request ($30/night)
A grill can be rented upon request for your stay.
• Super Walmart just half a mile away
• No smoking, no pets, no parties
We'd love to make our house your vacation home. Book soon — our calendar fills fast!
Just inside the front door you'll find our guest guide book with the WiFi network and password, important phone numbers, and recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and the theme parks.

The house was clean and enjoyable. We felt really safe. The neighborhood was beautiful! The host was responsive. I would definitely recommend this property. The only recommendation is to steam clean the dining room chairs.
