PLEASE NOTE Though we have been hit by Irma and Maria. St John is on her way back .Our community is pulling it together and her beaches are still beautiful. The Cute Cozy Cottage has everything you would ever need for your stay with us.
Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Chocolate Hole, the cottage has convenient parking and a private entrance. It is only a 10-minute drive to the spectacular National Park beaches and a few minutes away from the lively town of Cruz Bay with great restaurants, casual eateries and unique island shops.
The air-conditioned bedroom features a queen bed with 100% cotton sheets, down pillows (others are available), fresh linens and mahogany furnishings. Just off the bedroom is a private deck with lounge chairs and umbrella, bar height table and bar stools perfectly situated to enjoy the view of the Caribbean sea and hill sides
The bathroom has a spacious screened shower looking onto lovely island fauna. Wrap yourself in 100% lush cotton towels with shampoo and amenities provided.
The kitchen is well laid out, easy to work in and is fully equipped with Cuisinart cookware, Wustof knives, and all major and minor appliances, including a gas oven range and refrigerator. The Weber gas grill and dining table on the front deck is great for alfresco dining.
Sharing the kitchen space is a comfortable living area with large screen TV that comes with cable and videio- watching equipment. WIFI is available through out .

In an effort to insure your ultimate comfort we thought of everything you would want to make your Caribbean vacation ideal, down to sun screen, beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler for your days spent at the beach.
This lovely cottage is perfect for a couple with romance in mind or someone who just wants to relax between exploring our gorgeous island of St. John. When you are done doing that, just fix yourself a cool tropical drink, have a seat on the deck and listen to the palm trees blow in the breeze and watch an occasional sail boat glide on by. Our stay here was wonderful! The setting is lovely and peaceful. It's on a hill, and much of St. John is hillside living and driving. It isn't a fancy place, yet all the basics are there for a pleasant, restful vacation, with a few extras that made it an even better experience. . It's close to Cruz Bay with access to the road leading to the beaches. Communication with the host once we were there was very good. It is solar powered, a big plus as island power is not always dependable. While we were there we did not need the AC, as the windows provided great cross breezes.

Host were super nice and helpful. There are about 50 steps to reach the property that we did not know about but the host did let us unload in his drive way to bypass the steps. We would definitely stay again, if physically able.

We had a wonderful time at Craig and Jennifer's cottage. We did not rent a car so did some good walking but that is the experience we wanted. The cottage is distanced from the bay so it was very quiet - the sounds of nature were lovely to fall asleep to. Kitchen had a great setup, and there was a grill outside too (however we did not use it). They were very responsive and helpful throughout our trip, we would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay at the Cozy Cottage.
It was the perfect space for two. It is located in a great area; close to town and the beaches but away from the crowd and noise. We hit most of the beaches and went into town at least once a day if not multiple and it was not a hassle.
The place was equipped with everything you would need and more such as beach chairs, beach towels, floaties, ice packs, coolers and even a grill. We had a few grill nights which turned out great.
The cottage gets a nice natural breeze but there is a fan in the living room and in the bedroom. The bedroom has an AC unit that worked well. The view from the deck and even the shower were fantastic. They had nice lounger chairs and high top tables with stools on the deck.
Communication with Greg and Jen was seamless. We only got to meet Greg but he was an incredibly nice guy. Great vibes.
We would stay here again! It was a very cute and functional space. Thank you for your hospitality!
