ONE OCEAN PLACE is an ocean front condominium with on site access to the beach and direct ocean views. Seasonal rentals, April through November are weekly rentals with arrivals Saturdays and departures Saturdays. Winter Months rental options month to month - --December, January, February, March - Please request from us in messenger the Monthly Rates for Winter Rentals.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Furnishings are very nice and the beds were comfortable. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Condo was very nice - love OOP! A rug in the bathroom would have been nice to have - don't love stepping out of shower onto tile floor
