The first level features a game room with pool table, Smart TV and stereo, and a king bedroom with semi-private bath and a Smart TV. Step out on the deck to find the sparkling pool and steamy hot tub. An elevator provides easy access to the upper floors. On the second level, there are two master suites (one king, one queen), each with Smart TV and one with deluxe master bath featuring Jacuzzi tub set into a bay window and separate shower. Two more bedrooms on this level (one with singles and one with a pyramid bunk) share a common bath. All bedrooms on this level have access to the shaded deck. The top level features another king master with Smart TV and access to the screened-in porch. House was very clean. Hosts were very nice and checked in often to make sure we had what we needed or if there was any questions. Definitely will be using them again next year!

House had plenty of room and the layout was nicely setup. Had pretty much all the kitchen items needed to make meals. Beds were comfy. The house does need a major refresh, carpets were a disaster, decks are really iffy, etc. Overall it’s a good house.

Upon arrival we noticed the lower bunk bed was broken. Upon inspection, there was a plastic jar that had been holding the bed up, it had collapsed. There was trash also under the bed. The grill was a park size grill (way to small for # of people) that was also broken and not useable. The queen size bedroom had black mold behind the headboard. We have used VRBO many times. Never an issue until now. Left a bad taste in our mouth about using Surf and Sound again.
