The location is exactly right for what we needed - attending a wedding at Old Marylebone Town Hall. Very spacious, very tidy. Everything worked. Easy access. Perfect host instructions.

Every light in the property is extremely bright white LED spots - warm white would be so much easier on the eye. Main bedroom, the ceiling light is slightly hanging from the ceiling and the light switch temperamental. The glazing is definitely not soundproof - the apartment is ground floor and we were disturbed overnight by everything from car alarms to pedestrians walking past. The decoration could do with sprucing up. Would benefit from a full sized ironing board. Stated that there were USB plugs available - none found but we had packed our own anyway.

Location, large enough rooms, all kitchen equipment was there.

Dusty fans, some windows won't lock or open, oven is faulty (ventilates but doesn't heat).

This apt is in a great location only a 20 minute walk from Euston station. It is also close to Gt Portland St tube station, and is on a direct bus route into the West End in only 20 minutes. The layout of the flat is good and all necessary kitchen equipment was provided bar a kitchen towel.

As mentioned in previous reviews, the flat is in desperate need of a little TLC. The bedroom has a faulty window catch which means that it cannot be closed or secured, making it insecure and sometimes very noisy with outside noise. Some of the bathroom fittings are very tatty due to age and water damage, and the shower bracket is useless. All the doors and skirtings etc in every room are painted in what was originally white gloss paint, however a refurbishment is well overdue as all the paint now is more brown than white.
